As Territory Manager for Gynaecological Surgical Solutions, you will own a defined territory and be responsible for driving sales of Hologic’s Minimally Invasive Gynaecology Portfolio. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed sales targets through disciplined territory management, proactive business development and strong account management.

In this commercially focused role, you will:

  • Increase market share by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with sales objectives
  • Manage a qualified sales pipeline and actively progress opportunities to closure
  • Build and deepen relationships with surgeons, nurses and key clinical stakeholders to secure ongoing product usage and loyalty
  • Provide in‑theatre technical support and product expertise to optimise system utilisation and clinical uptake
  • Deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end customer service to support retention and repeat business

This is a sales role with genuine purpose, where your commercial achievements contribute directly to advancing women’s healthcare.

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager with a strong sales track record, ideally gained in medical devices, healthcare or a closely related industry. 

You will:

  • Demonstrate proven success in managing a territory and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets
  • Be confident engaging with surgeons, nurses and other clinical stakeholders in theatre and hospital environments
  • Bring strong business planning, account management and relationship‑building capabilities

Experience in healthcare territory management (preferably medical devices or capital equipment) is highly desirable, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

You will also require a clean driving record, a full New Zealand driver’s licence and the ability to travel regularly across your territory, including frequent overnight stays. You must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand. A valid passport is also required for occasional international travel.

Our preference is for someone based in the Wellington area; however, we are open to other locations in the lower North Island and in Auckland, provided you can effectively service the territory.
