SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

 

  • Act as a scientific representative to be responsible for the exchange of medical and scientific data with physicians, nurses and other clinical professionals regarding company products, and as a purveyor of accurate and objective information in areas of scientific and clinical interest to the company

  • Identify individuals for potential professional relationships as key opinion leaders (KOLs) involved in areas of science that are of strategic interest to the company

  • Participate in the management of key scientific studies that are sponsored by company, effectively respond to unsolicited inquiries posed by these professionals. Provides effective presentations to internal and external groups

  • Manage the study and publication pipeline for specific products, including gathering necessary internal feedback, communication with clinician, and execution of contracts

  • Maintain active partnership with health economic and health outcome research teams to ensure business deliverables are achieved

  • Identify and recommend health professionals and researchers as potential participants in the advisory committee to participate actively in organizing discussions on medical/scientific topics

  • Provide support to the Clinical Solutions organization to ensure corporate and department goals are achieved

  • Establish and maintains ongoing collaborative relationships with marketing and sales to provide objective, evidence-based scientific and clinical information. Engage with marketing to ensure that all studies, presentations, and messaging are aligned with the strategic goals of the business

  • Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise via attendance at selected professional conferences, symposia, review of scientific journals and partnership with company product and technology experts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master basic statistical knowledge and methodsexcellent scientific analytical skills

掌握基本统计方法和知识,优秀的科学分析能力

  • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of company product(s), related applicable disease states as well as the competitive landscape in the industry

能够快速掌握公司产品知识,相关适应症状态,以及行业竞争格局

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing and publishing materials for peer reviewed publications preferred

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,有撰写和出版同行评审出版物的经验者优先

  • Excellent public speaking skills required

  • Good multiple project management skills and work well under high pressure

EDUCATION

  • Ph.D. or MPH in an applicable scientific discipline

EXPERIENCE

  • Over 1 years clinical, medical or scientific experience within a medical device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical company
