Marketing Associate, Biopsy
As a Marketing Associate, Biopsy, you’ll help shape marketing strategies that empower our sales force, engage customers, and support the success of our biopsy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Support: Serve as the go-to resource for our sales team and customers, addressing biopsy-related inquiries, managing internal platforms, and ensuring exceptional support.
- Marketing Communications: Partner with stakeholders to help develop and share impactful marketing communications tailored to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strategic Proposals: Dive deep into market dynamics and product data to create informed strategic proposals that strengthen the biopsy portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various functions to support and execute key projects that drive business success.

- Market and Data Analysis: An analytical thinker with the ability to interpret market data and propose actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: A strong communicator who can craft clear, concise messages for diverse audiences.
- Independence and Accountability: Demonstrate independence, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or business-related role.
- Proven track record of supporting sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Strong sense of ownership.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $101,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant
experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
