Internship: Product Cybersecurity Support – Costa Rica

Overview:
Join our Corporate Product Security Center of Excellence (COE) as an intern based in Costa Rica, supporting the cybersecurity of medical device products. You will work closely with the Product Security Lead and contribute to critical projects that enhance our cybersecurity posture and processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in identifying and defining key metrics and KPIs for product cybersecurity, including developing strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting 
• Support the review and editing of Secure Product Development processes, helping to ensure documentation is up to date and effective 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive continuous improvement in product security practices 
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to cybersecurity risk management and compliance

Desirable: 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, etc.) 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills 
• Interest in cybersecurity, especially as it relates to medical devices 
• Advanced English level
